Vernon scout completes Eagle project

Vernon Boy Scout Troop 912, welcomes their 23rd Eagle Scout to their nest, as Jonathan Chromcik 16, of Highland Lakes had chosen to build a community fire pit and benches for the Highland Lakes Clubhouse, where he has been a long time resident.
This project was also a tribute to the troop’s late beloved leader, George Duerr, who dedicated his time to showing the Scouts the love of the outdoors.
