Vernon. Joseph (JC) Chromcik of Vernon Troop 912 has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and completing his project for the New Jersey watershed. This informational kiosk is located at the Canistear Reservoir in Stockholm. Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America. Since its inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned this rank after a lengthy review process.
