Eighth-grade girls lacrosse players from Vernon and Sparta defeated a team of girls from Jefferson and Mount Olive in a contest of Morris County vs. Sussex County players on May 21. Sussex County won. The event was organized by Bobby Sedlock of True Lacrosse and he plans to host it every year. (Photos provided)
