Julia Hagedoorn signs a letter of intent to attend East Stroudsburg University.
Vernon High School Senior Julia Hagedoorn signed a letter of intent to participate in cheer, acrobatics and tumbling at East Stroudsburg University this fall. She was accompanied by her mom, dad, and two brothers for the signing ceremony.
