Vernon lacrosse team wins second championship

VERNON — The Vernon boys 15-16-year old lacrosse team competed in Westminster, Md., in the annual LAX MAX tournament on June 7-9 and the team came away with its second championship.
The team also received an invitation to compete in the national tournament, which will be held in November in Florida.
Congratulations to the Vernon boys 15/16 year old team who competed in Westminster, MD in the annual LAX MAX Tournament held on June 7 � 8. This is the second championship win for the team. They also received an invitation to compete in the National Tournament being held in Florida in November.
