VTHS students win at DECA competition
Vernon. Over 100 members of the Vernon Township DECA represented their school at the Annual Northwestern New Jersey District Competition recently and 27 students will compete at the State Career Development Conference in March.

Vernon Township High School was recently represented by 103 DECA members at the annual Northwestern New Jersey District Competition held at Ramapo College.
In total, 25 schools competed in 30 different events in categories related to Entrepreneurship, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management and Hospitality & Tourism.
Twenty-seven students will have the opportunity to compete at the State Career Development Conference in March because of their outstanding performances.
