Vernon police to make a $1,140 Movember donation

VERNON — The Vernon Township Police Department participated in this year's American Cancer Society “No Shave November” fundraiser.
After a full month of no shaving, the police raised $1,140. Twenty-eight police department employees participated, which raised $840. Separately, officers created a donation link on the American Cancer Society’s Website, and received $300 in donations.
