Vernon inducts new National Honor Society members

VERNON — Vernon Township High School recently held inductions for 23 new members into its local chapter.

Master of Ceremonies was president Justin Metz. A musical number was performed by Metz and new inductee Staci Trezza. Members Tim Mitchell and Violet Reed read the introductions, while Katie Hertlein and Abigail Kucks, NHS treasurer and secretary respectively, narrated the ceremony. Vice president Kendall Cook led the new members, along with all audience members who had ever been inducted, in reciting the NHS pledge.

The new members inducted are: Madison Alnemy, Montana Avagnano, Aileen Bancroft, Tara Cartier, Ashley Driemel, Jessica Dunlop, Courtney Furrey, Alexander Guara, Lauren Incarnato, Jenna MacDonald, Simone Marchesin, Michelle Miani, Emily Monschauer, Connor Quinn, Brendan Shine, Timothy Shine, Cameron Sparta, Amanda Struble, Samantha Struble, Stephan Thomsen, Staci Trezza, Lindsay Verrico, and Brittany Vrindten.
