Tri-M Music Honor Society inducts members

Nineteen seventh- and eighth-grade students were inducted into the Glen Meadow Middle School chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society on March 28.
Under the supervision of adviser Jody Young, the current honor society members led a special ceremony for the inductees.
The honor society recognizes students who consistently display excellent character and have made consistent outstanding contributions to their performing ensemble.
Students must exhibit cooperation with teachers and fellow students, loyalty and service to the school’s music program, and leadership characteristics. They also must demonstrate growth in musical ability, achievement and understanding and must meet enrollment, performance and ensemble requirements to be invited.
The 2022-23 inductees are Yuri Caraballo, Grace Cosenza, Casandra Cruz, Marcus DeBarbieri, Haven Delehanty, Melodie Guzik-Upchurch, Violet Henderson, Kara Howell, Hadassah Jean, Lindsey Jensen, Evelyn Lawley, Riley Lazier, Aedan Manning, Avril Matallana, Brian Miller, Tessa Pelak, Kaitlyn Van Blarcom, Kendall Weiss and Tyler Wynne.
Current members include Wyatt Dennis, Nathaniel Kouretas, Emma Lally, Matthew Lee, Noelle LoGiudice, Trevor Pratt, Edith Roman, Shane Rovner, Aubrey Schopper, Madigan Van Blarcom, Lindsey Voge and Matthew Young.
