Student summer programs offered at Sedge Island
The NJDEP Division of Fish and Wildlife and its partners will be offering teenage students three summer programs based at the Sedge Island Natural Resource Education Center, located within NJ's first Marine Conservation Zone.
The facility is located just off Island Beach State Park in Barnegat Bay and provides a location for these unique and educational experiences for teenage students.
These experiences include all meals, lodging, instruction, equipment, and interaction with researchers and mentors throughout the sessions.
Deadlines to apply vary, but interested students are encouraged to apply early.
