Simply Dance members to compete

Competition team members are: Emily Aquino, Janelle Colyer, Meagan Cox, Noelle Contento, Kate Emaunel, Pamela Hackett, Pierson Hall, Abby Higgins, Madi Krizan, Jaclyn Lehman, Julissa Llosa, Delaney Mackey, Madison Margroff, Michelle Miani, Cassidy Moore, Sydney Schwertfeger, Jillian Spirko, Sophia Tremont, Alyssa, Trimlett, Alyssa VanDalinda, Maia VonEssen and Katherine Warner.

VERNON — Simply Dance in Vernon kicks off their sixth year competing this February.

Simply Dance competition team consists of 22 members. This year Simply Dance is bringing 18 numbers to five regional competitions to compete in the categories of jazz, lyrical, modern and character.

Students perform in a variety of dances including solos, duets, trios, small and large groups.

Competition team members range in age from seven to 18. Competition team members must take a ballet class, along with other required classes corresponding to what they are competing in. Members must also be available for summer intensive camps, workshops and extra classes year round.
