RoNetco honors longtime employees
ANDOVER — RoNetco ShopRite associates were honored at their Annual Awards Recognition Breakfast last week.
Perona Farms was the site of the celebration as 168 ShopRite team members were recognized for career milestones with the company. The celebration marked 5 years through 45 years of service. Representing virtually every department in the stores, including associates from ShopRite Wines and Spirits and RoNetco’s Corporate Headquarters, associates were recognized for their dedication and many years of outstanding service to ShopRite customers.
Each celebrant received a gold pin and those celebrating anniversaries from 10 to 45 years (in five-year increments) also received a commemorative gift.
Eleven associates were inducted into the Quarter Century Club bringing the total to 259; seven were honored for 30 years of service, nine for 35 years, and six associates celebrated 40 year milestones with the company.

Romano, Vice President and C.O.O. of RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc., which is headquartered in Ledgewood, operates seven ShopRite supermarkets located in Northwest New Jersey.
