Pace Institute of Karate students win awards

More than 400 students, parents and guests recently attended an Awards Spectacular for the students of the Pace Institute of Karate in Vernon. The event took place in the auditorium of the Vernon Township High School.

More than 60 awards were given to students from ages four to 44. The Pace Karate demonstration team put on a 40-minute demonstration on stage to the delight of the students and guests.

Additionally, more than 100 students were promoted to their next rank by Shihan Michael Pace and Renshi Gene Rega. This was a result of their testing which took place at the Pace Karate dojo located on Vernon Crossing Rd.
