Local teen collects 280 pairs of jeans for local shelters

VERNON — Emma Dodson, a seventh grader at Glen Meadow Middle School collected 280 pairs of jeans as part of a fundraiser for teenagers in local shelters.
Dodson delivered the jeans last week to the Aeropostale store — which sponsored the Teens for Jeans fundraiser — in the Willowbrook Mall.
She received a commendation letter from Principal Rosemary Gebhardt for her hard work.
