Vernon Township High School student Dion Rolando, 18, became the 33rd Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts Troop 912.
He has been in Scouts since Tiger Cub.
His Eagle Scout project was to build a Stairway to Heaven covered bench for Martin Theobald, owner of Heaven Hill Farm.
Rolando received donations from McAfee Hardware, Kuiken Brothers, Earth-Tec Associates, Zinno Construction and Vernon Topsoil & Aggregates.
