Vernon Boy Scouts Troop 912 welcomes its 30th Eagle Scout.
Jake Chromcik achieved the rank after completing a project for Highland Lakes Country Club’s Ecology Club.
He designed and built bird/owl houses.
Chromcik, 17, is a student at Sussex County Technical School in Sparta.
