Area law firm winning top settlements

SPARTA — The New Jersey Law Journal has published a special supplement, “Top New Jersey Verdicts & Settlements,” detailing the largest litigations in the Garden State in 2017. Among the Top 20 Verdict Cases, #14 on the list was a motor vehicle case, won by the personal injury team at Laddey Clark & Ryan, led by Andrew A. Fraser.
Alex Mongiello vs. Gabrielle Gallagher, which involved a car crash that ended the professional plans of a culinary student, resulted in a $1.8 million award for the plaintiff.
The #1 verdict in 2017 for an animal-related case was also won by the personal injury team at Laddey Clark & Ryan. The case, in which a dog attack resulted in disc damage to the plaintiff, resulted in a $850,000 verdict in Morris County.
