Anderson to lead Vernon chamber

Kristi Anderson has been chosen as the new president of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce.

She succeeds Stephanie Scilingo, who led the chamber for eight years.

Anderson, who previously served as chamber vice president, is a real estate agent with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

She said she aims to elevate its mission of fostering a vibrant business environment and promoting collaboration among local enterprises.

“I am honored to take on the role of president of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce. Having served as vice president, I have seen firsthand the impact that a strong chamber can have on our community.

“I look forward to working with our members to support local businesses, drive economic growth and enhance the quality of life for all residents of Vernon.”

Anna Moers was chosen as vice president, and Pam Willard joins the chamber’s board of directors.
