Hardyston Crystal Springs Resort has turned every day in October into a Golftoberfest celebration. Golfers can dine on traditional Bavarian fare such as bratwurst, knockwurst, weisswurst and potato pancakes paired with German beer at the Halfway House on the turn of Crystal Springs and Wild Turkey Golf Courses. Executive Chef Michael Weisshaupt prepares a pig roast every Saturday and Sunday. Even the beverage cart attendants are in the Oktoberfest spirit dressed in traditional Fraulein attire while serving beer, hot pretzels and other snacks on the course.
