Annual season pass sale in support of Vernon PAL

Vernon — For the past six years, Mountain Creek and the Vernon PAL have joined forces in active fund-raising efforts to help fund youth and family programs, raising over $30,000 last year alone. The goal is to exceed that amount this year. The Vernon PAL has the largest after-school ski program among any group at Mountain Creek, with over 400 local children participants ages 7 through 18. The Vernon PAL will offer season passes for sale to the local community at the low rate of $199 youth and seniors, $249 adults. For Ski Club participants (ages 7-18) the price is also $199, including six group lessons and bus transportation for six visits. The Season Pass Sale and sign-up for the Ski and Snowboard Club will be held at the PAL building, located at 21 Church St., Vernon, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays through Nov. 15.
