Maxwell Schriner of Highland Lakes was named to the dean's list at Columbian College of Arts and Sciences at the George Washington University for the springg 2016 semester while studying abroad in Madrid, Spain.
A majority of his courses were taught in Spanish. In order to be eligible for the Dean's List, you must earn 12 credits or more and attain a minimum semester grade point average of 3.75. Schriner is double-majoring in Political Science and Spanish, and is interning in the Consular Division of the U.S. Embassy in Panama City, Panama this summer.
Ryan Ward of Sussex was named to the dean's list for the spring 2016 semester at Springfield College.
Criteria for selection to the dean's list requires that the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the semester, the student must not have any incompletes in the designated semester, and the student must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.500 for the semester.
Ansley Teed Stuart of Vernon Township recently graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, R.I., with a bachelor of arts in Political Science and Economics.
While at URI, Ansley was active on the student senate all four years, serving on the executive senate as the secretary. Ansley also participated in a study abroad program attending Trinity College in Dublin Ireland in the fall of her junior year. She spent a summer interning with attorney Saikon Gbehan in Providence as a legal assistant and recently completed an internship with U.S. Sen. Jack Reed.
She is member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society. She was the recipient of the David Warren Scholarship and the Donald Strauss Legislative Internship Endowment. She was a nominee for the A. Robert Rainville Student Leadership Award. Ansley is a 2012 graduate of Vernon Township High School. She is the daughter of Alan and Shelley Stuart of Vernon.
Christina Marie O'Brien of Glenwood and Moran Kirsten Perich of Vernon were named to the dean's list at the niversity of Rhode Island dean's list for the spring 2016 semester.
To be included on the dean's list, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.30 quality point average.
Alyssa Smith of Wantage was namemd to the dean's list at Saint Mary's College for the spring 2016 semester.
To earn academic honors at Saint Mary's, a student must achieve a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.6 on a 4.0 scale, have at least 12 graded credit hours, no incompletes, and no grades lower than a C.
Stephanie Ann Peterson graduated from Wagner College in Staten Island, where she received a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
Her plans are to begin her career in nursing in New York City and eventually return to college to further her education as a nurse practitioner.
As a Wagner Seahawk, Stephanie was also a player for their Division I women’s lacrosse team. After three years making it to the NEC championship, the team secured the championship title this past May.
John Torpey of Sussex was named to the dean's list at Wheaton College for the spring 2016 semester.
To earn dean's list honors at Wheaton, an undergraduate student must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a 3.5 grade point average or higher on the 4.0 scale.
Christina Dragan of Sussex was named to th dean's list for the spring 2016 semester at SUNY Oneonta.
To qualify for the dean's list, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

Nora Anne Bostic of Vernon has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Montclair State University in 2014 and a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University in May, 2016.
She is currently employed at The Center for Autism at Caldwell University.
Jane Fowler of Sussex was named to the Merrimack College dean's list for the spring 2016 semester.
Ryan Molenaar of Vernon was named to the dean's list at William Paterson University for the spring 2016 semester, with a 4.0 GPA. Dean's list status is awarded to students who earned a gpa of 3.45 or better while carrying at least 12 credits.
Kristina L. Schmidt of Highland Lakes was named to the dean's list for the spring 2016 semester at Georgia Southern University.
