Highland Lakes couple announces son's engagement

Marybeth and Robert Mabey of Highland Lakes are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Kevin, to Chelsea Perrine of Chesapeake, Va.
The groom-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Vernon Township High School and graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design. Kevin is currently employed as senior art director by RSM, an advertising agency in Charlotte, NC. The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Richard Perrine and Justina and Kerry Karali of Chesapeake, Va. and a 2009 graduate of Western Branch High School.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in communication sciences and disorders from James Madison University and her Master’s Degree from Radford University. Chelsea is employed as a speech language pathologist by Pediatric Boulevard in Charlotte, N.C.
