Vernon Township School District will continue its international program for the 2023-24 school year.
High school students from Germany, Spain, Sweden and Brazil are attending the high school this year.
The district is looking for host families to host international students through the Educatius Group. Families do not have to have children at the high school to participate.
Educatius host families must provide meals and a bedroom and must house the international student for either a semester or the entire academic year. Educatius provides families with a monthly stipend for hosting.
Hosting an international student is an opportunity to provide important cultural lessons for families, neighbors and the community.
