Scarecrow expert is guest speaker at next Milford Garden Club meeting

Jeannie Heinke, who established and has coordinated the Scarecrow Contest in Branchville, N.J., for the past three years, will be guest speaker at the next Milford Garden Club meeting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Grey Towers National Historic Site in Milford.
