Medium and Lifetime’s 'The Haunting Of' Kim Russo to appear in Newton

Kim Russo, the Happy Medium and star of the Lifetime Movie Network’s “The Haunting Of," will appear at the Newton Theatre on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m.

Russo has been a practicing Psychic Medium for more than 18 years. She believes it is a gift and feels it is her mission to share it with the world and help prove the existence of an afterlife. During her show she will offer insights and live readings.

Russo, also known as “Kim The Happy Medium,” has been able to see the world of spirit since as far back as a young child. She explains her ability to understand the voice of spirit as nothing more than being fluent in their language, referring to herself as a translator for the Spirit World.

Russp also refers to herself as the psychic journalist, as she prides herself in the accuracy of understanding the language of Spirit and is most careful to “interview” the spirit coming through during a reading. She believes in the energy of the soul and understands the scientific concept that energy cannot be destroyed.

Russo is currently the host of the TV show "The Haunting Of." This weekly, one-hour series is a follow-up show to the long running series Celebrity Ghost Stories". Here Kim helps famous celebrities figure out and bring closure and healing to a paranormal experience they've had. Kim has also appeared on A & E’s hit show, “Paranormal State”, as well as on some episodes of the hit TV show "Psychic Kids."
