Peters Valley plans craft fair

AUGUSTA — The 45th Annual Peters Valley Fine Craft Fair is planned for Sept. 26 and 27 at theh Sussex County Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The event is held rain or shine and hosts 150 fine craft exhibitors selling handmade ceramics, leather, sculpture, wearables, photography, glass, metal, jewelry, wood, drawings/paintings and works of mixed media. There will be artist demonstrations, wonderful food, fun kids' art activities and music by local musicians while shopping.

Admission is $9 per person or $12 per person for a two-day pass, children under 12 years old get in for free. Coupons and fair information can be downloaded at www.petersvalley.org. Avoid lines and save money by purchasing your tickets at the Peters Valley Gallery on the campus in Layton prior to the event at a reduced rate.
