Center to host open mic night

NEWTON — The Center of Prevention will host an open mic night from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29, at its new satellite office, 65 Newton-Sparta Road in Newton.

There will be music, poetry, art, comedy and other mediums of entertainment will fill this alcohol-free evening. This event is free, open to everyone and sponsored by the Sussex County Department of Human Services.
