    June 10Andrew Irvine of Glenwood was charged with second-degree sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor after police said they received a report of an alleged sexual assault of a minor.

    Irvine was processed and transported to the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.

    July 16Joseph Njau of Manville was charged with forgery, uttering and theft by deception after police conducted an investigation alleging the suspect fraudulently depositing stolen checks into a business account he owned.

    Police said a Vernon township resident reported a checkbook had been stolen from his residence on April 7. Police said the resident reported his house was going into foreclosure and the company Green Tree outsourced work on the property to a third party. Police said the victim reported numerous checks had been fraudulently cashed on his account.

    Njau was processed and released on a summons pending a Superior Court appearance.

    Joshua Mueller was charged on a warant after police said they observed a parked motor vehicle in the Municipal parking lot.

    Police said Mueller was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle and was known to have an active warrant from Vernon Township. Police said he was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.

    He was sent to Sussex County Jail in lieu of $1,750 bail and was sent to the Sussex County Jail pending a future court appearance.

    July 23Megan Santiago, 30, of Highland Lakes was charged with third-degree theft after a Highland Lakes resident reported his home was burglarized and numerous items were stolen on July 14.

    Police said an investigation alleged Santigo stole tools and electronics.

    Santiago was processed and released on summons pending a Superior Court appearance.

    Patrick Enright of Glenwood was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance during a DWI enforcement detail on County Highway 517 near Legends Hotel.

    He was released pending an appearance in Vernon Township Municipal Court.

    Jeffrey Snyder, 58, of Vernon was charged on an outstanding warrant during a routine police patrol.

    Police said they saw an adult male walking his bicycle near Legends Resort. Police said they identified Snyder and alleged he had an outstanding warrant out of Vernon Township Municipal Court.

    Police said Snyder was released on 10 percent bail pending an appearance in Vernon Township Municipal Court.

    July 25Christopher Dellamore, 52, of Highland Lakes was charged with driving while intoxciated after police allege they saw a Ford Mustang failing to maintain its lane of travel on County Highway 515 and Breakneck Road.

    Dellamore was released pending a municipal court date.

    July 26Nahum Martinez, 32, of Valley Stream, N.Y., was charged with driving while intoxicatedj after township police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of County Highway 517 and Drew Road.

    According to police, the vehicle was reported to be parked at a location for about an hour. Police said they found the driver souched over in the driver's seat while the engine as running. Police said the investigation revealed Martinez was intoxicated while operating his motor vehicle.

    He was released pending an appearance in Vernon Township Municipal Court.

    Christopher Walker, 33, of Hamburg was charged with driving while intoxicated after police responded to a one-car crash on County Highway 515

    Walker was released pending a municipal court date.
