Heaven Hill Farm plans garden contest

VERNON — Heaven Hill Farm will host the annual Most Beautiful Garden Contest offering great prizes and top honors to inspired and dedicated gardeners, accepting entries beginning July 19 and through Aug. 1.

Bring in your photo of your garden designed an imaginational, original, colorful combination of flowers, shrubs, trees, even vegetables and herbs that may be found flourishing in a summertime garden.

Voting will take place from Aug. 2-16. Winning entries will be announced during the week of Aug. 16.

The Most Beautiful Garden Contest winners will receive a gift certificate to Heaven Hill Farm in the following denominations: first place, $100; second place, $50; third place, $25.
