Maikis named Sussex-Wantage school board vice president

SUSSEX BOROUGH — Sussex-Wantage School Board member Bob Maikis was unanimously voted to be the vice president of the board at their meeting June 23.
Board member William Bolella was absent.
Maikis replaced School Board member, Lisa Frisbie who resigned from the board as of May 20.
In her letter of resignation, Frisbie explained that she resigned from the board in order to not interfere with a family member who would like to pursue an education career within the school district.
