    May 29John R. Wood, 32, of Warwick, N.Y. was charged with possession of marijuana, less than 5o grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Police said Wood was observed during a Click It or Ticket detail when an officer saw a Jeep Cherokee stop in front of his police vehicle. Police allege Wood was smoking marijuana from a glass marijuana smoking pipe as he waited in traffic.

    Rory T. Delillo, 27, of Sussex Borough was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia while police were conducting a Click It or Ticket detail.

    Police allege Delillo was not wearing his seatbelt and after a traffic stop, police said they found Delillo had a no-bail warrant out of Passaic County, and Delillo was charged on the warrant. Police said during the search, he was found to have two hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia used to ingest heroin.

    Police said he was transferred to Passaic County.

    May 30Alyssa Kundziel, 25, of Lyndhurts was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

    Police said they were dispatched to the Marketplace Deli for an employee who found an unconscious woman in the bathroom. Police said they determined Kundziel had ingested heroin. She was transported to Newton Hospital and was released.

    She was processed and released pending a Sussex County Superior Court appearance.

    Bryan Guthrie, 39, of Highland Lakes was charged after police said he threw an object at a victim's car causing significant damage to the passenger's side front quarter panel.

    Police said a township resident reported to the police alleging a white male had thrown a hard object at his car. Police said they followed the resdient back to his residence where the incident occurred.

    Police said Guthrie was released pending a Superior Court appearance.
