Artists push the limits on design

| 12 Jun 2015 | 11:51

The Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council presents an art exhibit titled “Pushing the Envelope” where artists have transformed their art to a new level, dimension or place.

The artists were asked to attempt to extend the current limits of performance, to go beyond commonly accepted boundaries and to exceed the limits of what is normally done and be innovative.

Admission to the art exhibit is free and available to view during normal business hours through July 11. All work is for sale. The Council’s gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The gallery is located at 133 Spring Street in Newton.
