VERNON — Garret and Nancy Merselis of Vernon, N.J., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaylene Merselis to Jamane Blackhat of Reno, Nev.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Vernon Township High School and a 2012 graduate of West Chester University of Pennyslvania. Jamane, the son of Charles and Debbie McCall, is a 2007 graduate of Sparks High School.
Both Jamane and Kaylene work in Manhattan and reside in West New York, N.J. A 2016 wedding is planned.
