Top three issues: 1. My first priority is to keep our rich history alive and in the forefront. As I have already publicly stated, my first project is to move the TJ Dunn fountain which is currently in storage at our borough garage back out into town and restore it so it can once again grace our landscape and begin to restore our pride in our history. I will undertake any project that involves bringing our history forward and I welcome any and all ideas on this from my constituents. 2. I will work to clean up Main Street so that it is restored to the iconic classic American small town street that it should be. will use any available tool the council has to find ways to fill the vacant storefronts not only on Main Street but throughout the borough with the kinds of small, mom & pop shops that we all knew growing up, no matter where that was, thus creating an economic engine unlike we have seen here for over a decade. 3. Our citizens have voted to keep the water/sewer utility under the ownership of the borough. Whenever the VOTER speaks, I take that very seriously because I serve at their pleasure. If we are going to own and run this system we have to do it right so I have already voted to move forward with capital improvement projects to the system and I will continue to vote for improvements, reliability and sustainability of this system so that our citizens can always feel confident that when they turn their taps on, the water will always be clean, safe and plentiful.
