Art Etc offers Open House

HAMBURG — The Art Etc Gallery offered visitors the chance to meet with four of the gallery’s fine arts teachers including Oscar Beck, Rachel Wintemberg, Tim Maher and Steve Perry on Saturday afternoon.

Inside, three of the artists offered sketching and watercolor introductions, while outside Sparta-based painter Tim Maher worked “en plein air” capturing the downtown Hamburg.

Maher will soon offer “en plein air” classes. The term is a French expression, which means “in the open air.”
