Vernon Woman's Club to host DASI director

VERNON — The Vernon Township Woman's Club will meet on Thursday, May 28, at 7 p.m. at the Vernon Senior Citizens' Center on Church Street.
Dawn Penna, director of residential services at Domestic Abuse Services, Inc., will make a presentation about the agency's services for local residents, and its efforts to put and end to domestic abuse.
The club works throughout the year to provide personal items, holiday gifts and food to victims who are housed in the domestic abuse shelter.
