Forma named VP at Sussex Bank

ROCKAWAY — Vince Forma has been appointed as the vice president/commercial loan officer of the Sussex Bank Commercial Lending Dept. in Rochelle Park.

Forma has more than 15 years of commercial and finance expertise in the banking industry including lending, financial advisement and business development.

Forma, who attended Ramapo and Albright College, was most recently a vice president at Freedom Bank. Prior to that, he held positions at Emigrant Bank as an account executive and Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor.

Forma is an active member in the Harrington Park Community Programs as well as a member of St. Pius X RC Church and Valley Program PTO. Additionally, he is a supporter of AmeriCares, Table to Table and Hopes and Dreams for Children Foundation.
