Gov. Christie hosting Town Hall in Sparta

— New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will travel to Sparta next Thursday to host his 137 New Jersey Town Hall Meeting.

The meeting will be held at Sussex County Technical School, located at 105 N. Church Rd.

Christie will speak about his proposed budget and reform initiatives for the state, in addition to answering questions from members of the audience.

Doors open at 9 a.m. and seating is on a first come, first serve basis and open to the public.

No bags of any kind are permitted in the venue and personal items will be subject to search.

Due to safety requirements, law enforcement officers will be in attendance and will wand all attendees.
