SPARTA — The 17th Annual USATF-sanctioned Grand Prix Event, Main Street 5K/10K Festival & Fitness Expo, sponsored by Therapeutics Unlimited was held this past Saturday, April 25.

The event includes a pre race Pasta Party sponsored by Villa Capri II and The Rev It UP Run for Fun.

The annual event benefited the Sparta P.A.L., which was started in the 1960's by Fred Geffken (former Sparta Police Chief) with the mission of Police Officers interacting with Sparta Youth in a positive way through athletics.
