HAMBURG — The Vernon softball team won the Curtis Mitchener Softball Tournament on Saturday, April 11, with a 12-5 win over Millbourne and a 10-2 win over Wallkill Valley at Wallkill Valley Regional High School.
Sussex County Technical School lost to Millburn in the first game, 11-4, before rebounding to beat Wallkill Valley, 15-12 the consolation game.
