Health Dept. plans blood screening

WANTAGE — The Sussex Dept. of Environmental and Public Health Services, office of Public Health Nursing, will sponsor a Chem 18 blood screening on Friday, May 8, from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., at the Wantage Township Municipal Building, 888 Route 23 South.

Participants will get a complete metabolic profile and Hemagram blood test.

The price will be $50, payable by cash or check only, at the time of appointment. The screening is available to Sussex County residents who have no insurance to cover routine screenings. Residents who have comprehensive health care insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid are not eligible for this clinic service.
