Help! I can't keep my weight off!

I am a 38 year old mom of 3. I work full time. I try really hard to eat well. I have tried several different weight loss methods including meal delivery programs, protein shakes, and diets that include supplements. I am discouraged because I either did not lose weight, or lost it quickly and gained it back. Is there anything else I could try? Or is it just my genes? Help! , "Big momma"
