Dog heartworm testing clinic planned

| 10 Apr 2015 | 12:06

Branchville Country Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Sherri Talbot-Valerio will host a dog heartworm testing clinic on Saturday, May 2, 2015, from 1-4 p.m.

The cost is $25 per dog, pre-registration is required, and all dogs must be on a leash. A $12 rebate on a 12-month supply of Heartgard Plus is being doubled to $24 on each package purchased that day at the clinic.

Heartworm disease is a serious and potentially fatal condition, spread by mosquitoes. It is found in all 50 states and can be detected by the simple blood test done at the clinic.

The disease is preventable with safe, easy to administer, chewable Heartgard Plus, given monthly.

Call our office to pre-register your dog(s) as space is limited at 973-948-PETS (7387).
