Vernon students attend model UN

VERNON — The Vernon Township High School Model UN represented the nation of Israel with great distinction at the annual conference at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City on March 10 and 11.
At the conference, the student delegates worked in partnership with 300 peers from high schools across the state to simulate the real-life activities of the actual United Nations. The experience allowed students to make invaluable assessments of the real life problems and issues that face the global community.
