    March 13
    Shawn Price, 20, of West Orange pleaded guilty to third-degree terroristic threat and a disorderly person's offense of simple assault.

    Sentencing is scheduled for May 22.

    On Dec. 9, 2013, in Hopatcong, Price threatened to commit a crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize two individuals. On Jan. 3, 2014, he caused bodily injury to another individual with a broom handle.

    Bryan Peine, 27, of Andover to four years in state prison and resitution in the amount of $1,100.

    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 12 to theft, a third-degree crime, unlawful use of a credit card, a third-degree crime and two violations of probation.

    He admitted that he stole two kayaks owned by a Byram resident and, on a separate occasion, admitted to the unauthorized use of a Byram resident’s debit card and withdrawing a total of $1,100.

    March 16
    Shaun Cushman, 20, of Montague pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree burglary.

    Sentencing is scheduled for April 10.

    In pleading guilty, Cushman admitted his part in two burglaries that occurred in Montague on two separate occasions in December 2014. The matter was investigated by Trooper R. Carrasco of the New Jersey state police.

    Robert McLaren, 29, of Montague pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree burglary.

    Sentencing is scheduled for April 17.

    In pleading guilty, McLaren admitted to entering a residence in Montague on two separate occasions in December 2014 and taking items from the home. The matter was investigated by Trooper R. Carrasco of the New Jersey State Police.

    March 18
    Thomas C. Rae, 48, of Newton was sentenced to a total of 14 months in state prison.

    He pleaded guilty on Feb. 11 to fourth-degree driving with a suspended license and fourth-degree shoplifting.

    Rae, along with a co-defendant, took various items from the Hampton Walmart. At the time of the shoplifting, he was caught on surveillance camera driving and investigation revealed he was driving while suspended. March 20

    Russell Sienkiwicz, 31, of Sussex Borough was sentenced to 3 years in New Jersey state prison and must pay $4,730 in fines and penalties.

    He pleaded guilty on Jan. 23 to two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Heroin) and two counts of third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (Heroin).

    Between August and October of 2014, the defendant was found to either be in possession of Heroin or distributing Heroin.

    Naomi Nieuzytek, 53, of Andover was sentenced to 5 years of probation, 115 days in jailto be served after 4 years of probation. If after four years, she does not drink alcohol or reoffend, the 115 days of county jail will be converted to 115 days of community service, no access to or possession of firearms and pay total fines and penalties.

    Nieuzytek pleaded guilty on March 20 to one count of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree crime, and two counts of terroristic threats, a third-degree crime.

    Dennis Tibus, 46, of Newton was sentenced to three years of probation, five days SLAP anytime during three years, a TASC evaluation and follow recommendations, and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $375 to the Newton Police Dept.

    He also pleaded guilty to one count of resisting arrest, a third-degree crime, and one count of criminal mischief, a disorderly persons offense.

    March 23
    Christopher J. Tetelman, 31, of Stanhope pleaded guilty to four counts of third-degree burglary. Sentencing is scheduled for May 15.

    In pleading guilty, Tetelman admitted to entering several vehicles in Vernon on Jan. 13 and taking items from them. The matter was investigated by Patrolman A. Kraus of the Vernon Township Police Dept.

    robert Carr, 33, pleaded guilty to the second-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within a park zone.

    Sentencing is scheduled for May 22.

    He admitted to distributing heroin to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force on Oct. 23, 2014, at the Holiday

    Motel, which is within 500 feet of the Kittatinny State Park.
