    March 7Mohammad Ibntalal, 32, and Mmario Palencia-Sanchez, 34, both of Clifton were charged with aggravated assault after police were dispatched to the parking lot of Minerals Resort and Spa for a report of a fight.

    Upon arrival, police said they met with the victim and multiple witnesses. After a field investigation and based off the extensive injuries the victim showed, the suspects were taken into custody.

    Both suspects were processed and released pending a superior court date.

    Daniel J. Stoll, 28, of Stockholm, was charged on a $400 warrant out of Franklin Borough.

    He posted bail and was released.

    March 15Renea Smith, 38, of Highland Lakes was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was alleged to have been driving erratically on County Highway 515 near the A&P shopping center.

    Police said Smith was taken into custody after a series of field sobriety tests and a brief investigation.

    She was processed and released pending a municipal court date.

    March 21David Truitt was charged with driving without insurance and driving with an obstructed view. he also was charged with using a police scanner to evade police, a fourth-degree crime after an officer spotted a vehicle traveling on Church Street with a large object on its dashboard.

    After a stop, police said they determined the driver was using a police scanner to assist him in avoiding the initial traffic stop.

    March 25Veronica Castner, 18, of Highland Lakes was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they saw a vehicle traveling erratically on Breakneck Road. A passenger in the vehicle, Joseph Bahr, 19, of Hamburg was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Police said after the stop they detected a strong odor of burned marijuana from inside the vehicle. Police said castner was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.

    They were processed and released pending a municipal court date.

    March 28
    Danielle L. Enman, 27, of Sussex was charged with second-degree attempting to elude a police officer and drivinng while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, failure to keep right, disregarding a stop or yield sign and failure to signal after police saw a red Toyota Corolla weaving in its lane and crossing the double-yellow center line and back over the white fog line.

    Police said a stop was initiated on Maple Grange Road, but the driver continued to drive at increasing speeds. The vehicle finally came to a stop on Bethel Court.

    Police said an investigation alleged Enman was under the influence of alcohol and police allege she was unable to pass standard field sobriety tests.

    She was released pending an appearance in Superior Court in Newton.
