Eileen Giannantonio

Eileen Giannantonio, age 69, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, at her home. Born in New York, New York, to the late Leonard and Mary (Vaughan) Kaiser, Eileen had lived in Palisades Park before moving to Sussex County. She enjoyed watching tennis and being at the beach, reading books, baking, and adored her grandchildren and took a lot of pleasure in spending time with them and her family. Eileen especially appreciated her vacation time in Myrtle Beach with her late husband, John. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, John on Nov. 4, 2014. Eileen is survived by her three daughters, Lisa Worts and her husband, Craig, of Frankford, Denise Hough and her husband, Rick, of Montague, and Maria Sampson and her husband, Brian, of Wantage; her sister, Patricia DeSola of California; and her seven grandchildren, Ricky, Michael, and Nicholas John Hough, Craig John Worts and John Nicholas Worts, and Angelina and Lia Sampson. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank Street (Route 23), Sussex with the Rev. Wayne Varga, officiating.

Friends may pay their respects to the family prior to the service on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
