Jim Brickman, who has revolutionized the sound of solo piano with his pop-style instrumentals and vocal collaborations, will perform at the Newton Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m.

Jim Brickman's music turns 20 this year and he’s commemorating the last two decades with The Platinum Tour "Celebrating 20 Years" in concert with fans across the country. Marking this milestone of his career, Brickman will showcase new music, along with the hits that made him the most charted (30) Billboard Adult Contemporary artist, earned him two Grammy nods and four gold albums.

The Platinum Tour "Celebrating 20 Years" is an experience of emotion, intimacy, warmth and humor that’s fused together with hits like "Valentine," "Rocket to the Moon," "Love of My Life" and "If You Believe."

Since the release of his debut album, "No Words," in 1994, Brickman has performed internationally and throughout the U.S., including shows at Carnegie Hall and the White House. He is performing on his eighth Jim Brickman Cruise in October. He hosts "Your Weekend with Jim Brickman," a weekly radio show heard in more than 80 cities across North America. He has authored two best-selling books, "Simple Things" and "Love Notes." And as a strong supporter of PBS, Brickman has taped five concert specials presented on the network.
