Lights to go out on High Point monument

SUSSEX BOROUGH — The Friends of High Point State Park will participate in Earth Hour 2015 and darken the High Point State Park Monument lights for the entire night on Saturday, March 28.
Earth Hour is a global environmental initiative inviting individuals, businesses, governments, and communities to turn off their lights for one hour to show their support for environmentally sustainable action and a better future for the planet.
Earth Hour 2015 will take place on Saturday, March 28, from 8:30-9:30 p.m. The lights on the High Point State Park Monument will be turned off for the entire night in honor of Earth Hour.
