Vernon seniors celebrate St. Patrick's Day

VERNON — Vernon Township Senior Citizens enjoyed a St. Patrick's Day lunch on March 17, at the Vernon Senior Center.
Homemade corned beef, potatoes, cabbage, carrots and a whimsical leprechaun cupcake dessert were a special treat to everyone in attendance.
The afternoon was capped off by a visit from a live bagpiper, recently-retired Vernon Police Captain Stephen Moran.
